Understanding Your USP

When people hear your company, your product or even your name, can you imagine all the things that goes through you’re their mind?
Will they even remember your company if someone brought it up?
Well. That my friend is your USP, or Unique Selling Point. You may have heard about this and might wonder what this term is about. It seems obvious that you know your business and your product by heart whether you are into IT, retail or the food business. Your USP, though, is how you position your product or service in your customer’s mind.
Knowing you need a USP is one thing. Figuring out what yours is, though, can be another. It can be a bit daunting but could be fun to once you take on that challenge to offer something extra ordinary for your customers. Maybe you want to focus on your demographics, your business’ history and stability, or your competitive price, the ball is really on your side.
