Responsibility
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.
  • Suggesting information about products and services.
  • Process orders & sending quotations.
  • Coordination with Designers, Production & Logistics Team.
  • Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure smooth Delivery
  • Customer satisfaction & maintain rapport for future business.
Eligibility
  • 2 years experience in BPO / Tele-calling/ Tele Marketing / Tele Sales/ Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication skills (written/ verbal).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Immediate Joiners (Visit visa / Cancelled visa).
