We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Production Manager to support the overall production operations in our facility.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the Printing & Packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of Offset and Digital Printing machinery, including troubleshooting and operational skills.
• Hands-on experience in managing and guiding teams of more than 10 employees.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Hindi and English.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage workflows efficiently.
• A results-driven approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in manufacturing.
