The Indoor Sales & Customer Service Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating internally to ensure smooth execution of jobs. The role focuses on generating sales through inbound and outbound communication, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries (phone, email, and walk-ins) and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Generate business through follow-ups, outbound calls, and effective customer engagement.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close orders to achieve sales targets.
• Process sales orders and coordinate with Design, Production, and Logistics teams for smooth execution and delivery.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, resolve concerns promptly, and update sales records and customer database.
Qualifications & Eligibility:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Indoor Sales / Customer Service / Sales Coordination / BPO / Tele Marketing.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred (Visit Visa / Cancelled Visa).
